We don't have any minimum-order-value!
The bill presents all ordered articles individually and shows the value added tax-share for the total. The current German value added tax is worth it. All bills at customers within the EC contain the German value added tax. At other countries (for example Switzerland) the value added tax is withdrawn automatically. At the border crossing point in such countries, current customs and taxes then are added there. If you send us your tax-identification-number, we deliver ofcourse into EU-countries without German value added tax.

The shipping takes place per DP. The delivery within Germany takes place normally within 3-4 days (availability presupposed).

Transport-damages: Please check your items carefully immediately after the reception. Masked transportation-damages must be reported to us instantaneously, at the latest however on the next day, so that we can help you as soon as possible. Please preserve all original-package-materials and the shipping-papers.

Returns/retraction: The retraction doesn't need to contain any reason and has to be send in writing form or through return of the item within two weeks.

Method of payments: * Per pre-cash only with PayPal or remittance on our account. The Items will be send after receipt of the payment. With remittances longer delivery periods occur through it of course.
